Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom only.

Orders are dispatched directly by the maker of each product, so if your order contains items from more than one maker, it will arrive in more than one parcel — at no extra cost to you.

Orders placed after [2pm] are processed the next working day. We don't dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays.

Cancelling your order

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email [contact@quietskin.co.uk] before the 14 days are up. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof you've sent them — whichever comes first. Refunds go to the original payment method, and include the standard delivery cost you originally paid.

Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or wrong.

Returns

Unopened items — full refund within the 14-day cancellation window above.

Opened items — for hygiene reasons we can't resell opened cosmetics, so we can't accept these back unless the product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items — email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll refund or replace in full, including postage both ways. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

A reaction to a product

Stop using it and email us. We'll refund you in full, opened or not, and we'll pass the report to the maker — they're the Responsible Person for the product and are legally required to log it.

If you're worried about a reaction, please speak to a pharmacist or your GP. We're not able to give medical advice.
